image uploading

When uploading images i get

Changing to ajex uploader wont work. im not able to upload.
permissions are 777
when i do the "Pertinent PHP Settings" i get no errors.
error logs doesnt show anything related to this matter.

Are attachments stored in the file system or database? What is the results of Maintenance > Diagnostics > Upload ? What are the settings in the Attachment Manager for jpg files for your usergroup?

Uploading images

Where do I go to correct this issue with uploading and image this is the error I'm getting when I try to upload an image

I recently upgraded to 5.2.5 and started receiving this error on all image attachments and image uploads. The images are valid and within the size limits. Here are my settings and I've rebuilt all attachments....

What could be a possible reason for an attachment upload error that says: 'Invalid file content from specified image.'?

Also: Where do you prefer to save files? Database or some director...
