Heading of widget/blocks

    [CMS] Heading of widget/blocks

    Is it possible to format the heading of widgets and forum blocks so that they have a "hanging indent" (I think that is what it is called in English).
    See the attached picture.

    I would like the text's second row to start straight under the start of the text, not under the image.

    I would like to accomplish something similar with the headings of widgets/blocks that has a picture. Is that possible?
