Decrease font size

How do i decrease the Started by x, font size without changing the font size in the bottom box which lists the users currently browsing this forum?

Also can I remove the date of when the first post was made?

For the font size try this in additional.css template-

.threadbit .threadmeta { font-size: 10pt !important }

To remove the date/time you would likely need to edit the threadbit template to remove that code.
