[Forum] Activity stream has wrong URL after update

Hi all,

Updated into 4.2.1 and after update my activity stream is showing weird title. It keeps adding a "[URL="http://www.snorkkeli.net/Truk%20Lagoon%20valokuvia%20hylyist%C3%A4"]forumdisplay.php/[/URL="http://www.snorkkeli.net/Truk%20Lagoon%20valokuvia%20hylyist%C3%A4"]" in front of all titles and therefore it keeps directing traffic into the wrong address. It has lost the "showthread.php" from the URL

The same happens if I add Activity Stream block into Forum sidebar.

Tried to update two times, no change.

Need help asap.

You need to update your finnish phrases, there have been changes in it. When switching to english, everything is fine then.

Ok, found those in Activity stream. Any idea if there are many more like that one?

In Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Find Updated Phrases will list all phrases that need updating.
