I'm on a Mac, and I'm trying to upload the 'upload file' but it's only letting my select one little document at a time, not the entire file. Help? =/

What do you mean not the entire file? Do you mean folder?

Yes, folder. I try to select it, and I click 'Choose' but it takes me into the folder instead of selecting it.

You can't upload a folder. You have to choose a specific file within that folder.

You need an FTP client such as Filezilla to be able to upload folders to your webspace from your Mac.
