As far as i know there is no way to do this the usergroup controls it not by user. -
User can change publish info of other's article
I set 'Can Publish' for usergroup and user can change publish info of articles written by another user (can set published or not published). How can I prevent user from changing publish info of other's articles?

Using VB 5.2.5. I want my registered users to be able to create draft articles, but not publish the articles themselves. Sounds straightforward. So a registered user creates an article entry, and saves...Sat 24 Dec '16, 4:22am
