Where is the Fieldset and Legend Stylevar or Css

By default there isn't a left or right border, only a top one. Looks like an edit you've made to the '.formcontrols .blockrow' class in your style has added those however this is used in many places so editing it out of there may do this elsewhere also.

Ive been looking everywhere in templates and actually every stylevar and cant find the css attributes to change those in the editpost, newreply and newthread templates. Anyone know where to look?
