  • [Forum] URL Structure ? "mysite.com/forum" instead of "mysite.com/forum/forum.php"

Ok, so I been looking for months and can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
    My forums url is
    Code:
    mysite.com/forum/forum.php
    I want it to be
    Code:
    mysite.com/forum
Do I need to change the settings or change something in the .htaccess?

I noticed that if I wanted to put the blog in /blog I had to upload some other folders from the do_not_upload file to my /blog directory. I seen there was a forum folder too, should I upload those files too and that .htaccess?

    Thanks, Rob

There is no real way around this. If vBulletin is installed in the root directory of your site, then you can upload those files to the /forum directory. However internal links to the forum home page will still direct to forum.php.
