[Forum] Is a detailed history log of patches available?

Good evening.

I see a new patch is available for VB.

"Unfortunately", I made changes myself to the file functions.php so I cannot just overwrite my old file as I would lose the changes that, I'm afraid, I don't remember exactly where they are.

My question is: Is there a history log explaining the exact changes of the patch, the line numbers that were changes or at least the functions?

No, there is nothing as specific as that.

get notepad++ and compare

get notepad++ or winmerge
Down load a clean copy of the files for whatever version you are using.
Compare the original functions.php to your edited php. Note the changes.
Now compare the new functions.php from the patch file to the original and add your changed back in.
