[CMS] Time issue when resaving article

Hello,

Article is set to be published some time in the future, lets say on 07.07.2011 at 08:00 and that is ok. When trying to reedit the article, the time for publishing always goes one hour in the "past" that is 07.07.2011 at 07:00. Without changing the original time to publish to 08:00, when reediting again, time to publish is 06:00 and so on.

I have been noticing this problem for a while, but never got around to asking about it. I've seen it as early as 4.1.1.

I have the same issue. It'll keep going 1 hour back after each save.
