Hide Certain Profile Field Info

I have been in the process of creating a website/forum for a local neighborhood's HOA (Home Owners Association). During the sign-up & registration process, we added a field where you must put your residency address. I made a test account and I could see the addresses. How do I hide the addresses from anyone not in the HOA or Admin usergroup?

Max length of allowed user input = 16384
Field Length = 50
Text Area Height = 0
Multiple-Line Text Box would be best for this one
Field Required = yes, at registration and profile updating or no up to you
Field Editable by User = only at registration/yes decide what option you want for this
Private Field = yes
Field Searchable on Members List = no
Show on Members List = yes or no up to you

In Description field I would tell them that only admins can see this or something like that
