  • [Forum] Varname for New FAQ Section ?

    Hello,

    I have a question about:

ACP > FAQ > Add New FAQ Item > Varname

I have no problem with the "Add New Item" form - except the varname.

Can I enter plain text in that field - or is it a must that I create a unique varname in:

Language & Phrases > Phrase Manager > Add New Phrase > Global ?

My goal is to create an entirely new FAQ Parent Title/Section.

    Hello,

I've waited 5 days, so I'm bumping this

I've been through the manual section, "Adding or Editing a FAQ Item" and it states:

Varname – the variable name of the FAQ entry. This is used to uniquely identify an entry and can be linked to directly. You may only use a-z, A-Z, 0-9, and _.

It does not answer my question:

Can I enter plain text in that field - or is it a must that I create a unique varname in:

Language & Phrases > Phrase Manager > Add New Phrase > Global ?

    Thanks
