    Basically, go into the head tags (I put it in SHOWTHREAD so in my case it was there) and find the following:

    Code:
    <link rel="canonical" href="{vb:raw thread_url}" />
    CHANGE TO

    Code:
    <link rel="canonical" href="http://www.YOURWEBSITEFORUMLOCATION.com/{vb:raw thread_url}" />
    Include the absolute path to your forum (eg. www.yoursite.com/forums/
    does it help ?

    Yes, hoping for some direction as to how to fix the issue (and to fix it without changing all the URLs of our site, lol).

    Thanks in advance!

    I use Friendly URLS. and a mod-rewrite in htaccess. That's probably what's messing it up.

    BTW WhatChaMissin, what did your URL's look like after you disabled vBSEO?

    Can you check if the Advanced or Mod Rewrite Friendly URL's work with Google +1?

    Same here. This is what's making me think that Google +1 doesn't like the ?t=123456

    ^ Thanks

    OK, so here's what I did. I disable VBSEO, clicked on the Google +1 button and got a Red Box with a exclamation point in it. Clicked it again and it took me to this page. https://www.google.com/support/profi...e_button_error

    Enabled VBSEO, clicked on Google +1 button and this time it turned blue with a #1 in the box next to it.

    Not sure if that helps anyone. But does seem to work fine for me, until that is I disabled VBSEO
