  • [CMS] PDF Attachments can't be seen by "Registered Users"

Using the CMS more than the forum (forum coming later), I'm making Sections & Sub Sections.
In the Sub Section, I'm adding an article with our latest product brochure attached.

I'm doing the work as the admin & have a different browser open as a normal 'registered user.'
When I add the .pdf, I can see it in the article, as the admin, but not the registered user.

I can see the article heading (and all content), but not the attachment.
I can see .jpg files using the same \[attach=config\] method through the attachment UI -- but no .pdf.

In VbCMS - Content Mgr - each section is published.
In Forum Manager - Permissions - "registered users" have the ability to 'download attachments' & 'see thumbnails'
In VbOptions - All Settings - all of the attachment stuff seems OK (I even turned on: update attachment views immediately).

    Help?

widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
