where is the holiday data stored for

Easter Good Friday
Palm Sunday Ash Wednesday
Pentecost Mardi Gras
Corpus Christi

i realize that these holidays are calculated but i have a couple others i need to add to this list.

i also am trying to understand what function i should call to return these holidays for a widget i am trying to develop.

It isn't exactly. It's calculated. Look up the function fetch_easter_array and you will find it.
