How come guests can posts in some of the articles but not in all of them?

No, they're all set up exactly the same. In example, they can post on one of the articles in one section but not in all of them.Comment

I want to allow guests to be able to reply to articles but not post on the forum or blog.
I'm having a look at usergroup guests, but there is no option to allow guets to reply to articles....Mon 19 Aug '19, 5:08am
