[Forum] How to enclose HTML text in a block frame ?

I already asked about this on vBulletin.org but never got a reply on my final question there. Hopefully someone can help me here ?

I basically added some HTML into the forumhome templ. so there is a block of HTML right above the forum. In my case its a self-made larger image thats supposed to be right above the forum sections.

But having that up there without any frame around which makes it looks like it would be actually part of the site, that doesn't look so nice.

Now I wonder what do I need to add to that HTML code to have the same kinda block-frame around it like in the "WHATS GOING ON" block below the forums.

I would really appreciate any real help with this.

Have you taken a look at the FORUMHOME template and the WGO section to see how it's styled?

You need to add the same html to your block that is added to the What's Going On block to make it look the same. You can just look in your page source to get it.
