Right so if I use the picture upload option to retrieve a file and store it locally. This is what I see.
Now the above picture I have went into the picture options and chosen either large or ful size but the picture won't actually get any bigger. Also if I click on the little grab handles to expand the picture manually as soon as I release the mouse the image will just shrink again, what's going wrong?

Am I mising something, do you think I've fiddled a setting somewhere or is this something I should troubleshoot through support?
