[Forum] Will you ever Optimize VB4?

In preparation of the new style converter to be released in version 4.1.3, I reinstalled a copy of my old database using VB3 in order to retrieve one of my old styles. While doing so, I noticed that the old forum was blazing fast compared to VB4. Why did VB4 take such a performance hit? What did you do to it to make it slow down and take a performance hit?Also, are you plaining on making an optimization patch anytime soon?
