[Forum] Logout forum.php.php[ARG:3%20UNDEFINED]

I get an error when I log out and try to view the page I was on.
vB 4.1.2
http://www.mysite.com/vb/forum.php.php[ARG:3%20UNDEFINED]

I made sure that this is set to 'forum', not 'forum.php':
From
Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Forums Home Page Options -> Script Name for Forum Home Page -> forum

I still get the same error. Any idea how to get around this?

I am getting this:

Not Found (404)
The requested URL /vb/forum.php.php%5BARG:3%20UNDEFINED%5D was not found on this server.

Change this setting to forum (not forum.php):

AdminCP > Settings > Options > Forums Home Page Options > Script Name for Forum Home Page

I have already tried that. Any other thing that might be causing it?
I noticed it when I upgraded to 4.1.2.

The double .php is either coming from that setting or from a customised phrase in your language pack.

If you switch to the default English language, do you still have that problem?

It is exactly just like you said. A customized phrase in my language pack

Search for the text of the phrase in AdminCP > Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases

I have the same problem. I set Default Page to index (the forum.php file renamed) which was 1-index before even though I don't use vBulletin SEO URLs
I searched for a phrase that contained index.php that could cause the problem and found nothing.

I still get

Hi Trevor, I've try to check this setting : AdminCP > Settings > Options > Forums Home Page Options > Script Name for Forum Home Page . I've "forum" and not "forum.php": I think this is ok.
I'm using a different language and I don't know in which italian phrases I 've to investigate about this issue.

I know I've to make a search in AdminCP > Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases but I don't understand which keywords I've to search in it.

the same problem with my forum... add that when login in forum the welcome window don't show the name but $bbuserinfo[username]
