[Forum] How to change content.php to index.php when using Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs?

I am using the Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs, and my CMS index page shows

http://www.mysite/content

How do I change this so my main index page shows http://www.mysite.com ?

For 4.1.1, if you want the CMS to be in a different directory, see this instructions:

I don't want the CMS to be in a different directory. My site is installed in the root directory. My home page is the CMS page.
I want to change the URL on my main (CMS) index page from http://www.mysite.com/content to http://www.mysite.com
Everytime I type my URL, http://www.mysite.com it redirects to http://www.mysite.com/content

I just want to clean up the URL.

It does not do that with the default vB. What is the real URL?
