[CMS] Importing news from another program

Hi I am upgrading to vb 4.1 and I have 100's of news articles from another source.

How is the best way to move them over and where is a good place to start looking for how to do this?

If this is not possible does someone know how to export the mysql data to a single html page?


All ideas welcome.
