[Forum] PM or email a specific usergroup?

Is there a way to send a mass contact (either email or PM would work) only to a specific usergroup? Without a plug-in or code modifications?

You can do this with emails:

Admin CP -> Users -> Send Email to Users

Then choose the Primary Usergroup.
