[CMS] How to remove the yellow message

How can I totally remove the yellow message in the top of the homepage of the CMS??
I am sorry if it has been answered before.

I am also looking to do this as I have it set so nobody will register. I assume they will always get that message unless I remove it somehow.

To do that, delete the default_guest_message notice here:

Admin CP -> Notices -> Notice Manager
