Ive been trying to allow members to my forum to be able to customize their own avatars. The options to allow them to do so in the admin control panel is set to yes. But when they go to their user options the option to edit avatar is not there. What gives?

You have Usergroup Manager > Usergroup > Can Upload Custom Avatars set to Yes as well as AdminCP > Settings > Options > user profile options > avatars enabled set to Yes?
