[Forum] Guest cant view thumbs for attachments

Vbull 4.1.0 p2, server IIS

I have changed usergroups permissions to allow users to view thumbs in the forumview section.

When a guest opens a thread the only thing there is the name of the picture... when i login the picture is shown..

Guests have to also have permission to download attachments, otherwise they will not see thumbnails.
