[Forum] How do I allow users to change their own thread titles?

I know this is probably a newbie question but I can't seem to find the permission inside the ACP for allowing users to change own thread title. I only see delete thread, move thread and rate thread. Please help :?

AdminCP > settings > options > message and posting options > Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title

Yea the default is 5 yet I can't change the title of the thread (I'm clicking on the white space beside the title). I can't any button that saids edit thread title or anything.

Are you double clicking or single? Works fine on my test forum.

I'm double clicking.I'm also using the account that started the thread to try to change the title. Is there a permission inside the usergroup manager that must be set to yes for this to work? I've set delete,rate and move all to no. Cause I can do it on my admin account but not on others.
