Facebook integration problems

I upgraded to 4.1.0pl2.
same results...then I discovered an error in the FB application settings. The URL patch was the path to the forum instead of the site root.

I followed the FB integration instructions from this from to the T yet get an error. Searched for it and waste lots of time not moving forward.

The like (be the first of your friends to like this) it button within a thread generates errors. When clicked it uses the wrong url. Instead of www.domain.com/forumpath/... it uses https://www.domain.com/showthread.ph...=d8...fa336e08.

Its missing the correct path.

In admincp>options>site URL everything looks good and the forum otherwise works perfect.
In FB Application Developer the Site URL is the correct URL with correct path.
FB passes the TLS/SSL test.
