[CMS] Where is the guide to use the cms package?

Hey,

I'm looking to find the guide on how to use this software.

I'm looking to remove all the demo content, and set up new content....

I cannot seem to remove the categories or sections....

I am hoping to set up individual pages and allow different users to update various pages etc...

I really want to set up the home page, but then also have extra content on pages such as about us etc.... Any ideas how to use this?

I'm used to wordpress so I'm assuming as they are both CMS packages then you will be able to do this?
