[Forum] Editing Forum Colors

This may be the dumbest ? in a while but where abouts in vBulletin 4.0.3 do I go to change things like category strip colors, fonts and link colors. I found this message on the main css page. This CSS file is obsolete and is available here for reference purposes only.

I've looked around pretty thoroughly and I'm sure it must be someplace. Thanks for any help folks.

Go to your Admincp, to style manager and choose "Stylevars" from the drop down menu for your style. There you can change these things.
