[Forum] certificate

hi one of my admins on my forum has asked me for certificate to be able to access his admin account on his laptop he sent me this mail please can anyone help me as i dont know what setting i should change

Hi Steve

The certificate is on Vista Ultimate...The laptop (without Certificate), is Windows 7 Pro and when I hit the Admin button (bottom of page) it just says Access Denied.
I still have the initial password you sent me but it doesn't allow me to get this far...It does allow me to go in as Mod on the Laptop...

is the address of your admin cp https://something.com - then he means a ssl cert. You're on IIS too I'd guess.
