[Forum] Partial database restore.

I have accidentally deleted forum.

I have full DB backups but I only want to restore posts from the one forum that was deleted.

What is the best way to do this?

There is no way to do a partial import. You need to restore the entire database, after which you can remove whatever info you don't want.
