[Forum] Postbit Legacy and pm_showpm templates

I've modified my postbit legacy area and when I'm in my private messages those same changes don't take effect. How can I get the showpm template to mirror the postbit legacy? Please help. Thanks in advance!

I've seen this thread for 3.X but heard that phpinclude_start wasn't being use anymore or whatever. (I also couldn't find phpinclude_start.)
