[Forum] Attachment window.

I have a user getting this window for attachments. I do not get it in either Firefox or IE7. I am waiting for his reply on which browser he is getting that window in..

We are running vB 4.0.8 PL2.

Could someone enlighten me on weather this is a error or a settings issue? If you notice there is a vB logo in there and no tabe to select URl or Upload.

That's in IE going by the IE image in the title bar and URL field.

Can you get them to right click in that window and view the source of the page. Is there anything in there regarding an error message?
