[Forum] Lost Password does not work, just redirects to Homepage?

i never knew but someones finally told me that my lost password feature doesnt work, comfirmed with a few other members

you enter your email, it accepts it but doesnt send one out

any ideas?

Actually tt does work with the default vB code. vB uses the server for it's email. Assuming you have not disabled emails in the Admin CP or in config.php, then if there are problems the issue is either with the server itself or on the receiving end.
