[Blog] Blog background image not working

Are we able to add a background image in our blogs? Where is says add the url to the box, fails even though I have the image in my album.

Message I get is this:

The following errors occurred with your submission

• Main has invalid properties: Background Image

Background images must come from your albums. Enter the URL to a picture in one of your public or profile albums.

It says it's set to be fixed in 4.2.1 at the moment. There is a fix posted to use in the meantime.

As per your ticket, the fix posted is for blog_usercss.php, why are you changing blog_usercp.php?

Do not find blog_usercss.php on my installation 4.1.12

The only place where I find out this line (in order to apply fix by PitchouneN64ngc http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIV-4096 ):

$selector['background_image'] = create_full_url("picture.php?albumid=" . $picture[1] . "&pictureid=" . $picture[2]); 

is blog_usercp.php
