We are experiencing the same issues as in this thread:
I am almost certain that the problem is upgrade_402_salt.php was not run. The forum was upgraded to 4.1.0 last night. Prior to that, we went from 4.0 to 4.6 directly.
Since we are already on 4.1.0, how do we fix this problem? We are also having a problem with users not being able to reset passwords, wondering if that is related to this issue? The problem there seems to be on the password reset form, there is no where for the user to enter their current password.
