Do you mean the fact that the post icon and the replies and views are in their own column, or what two columns are you referring to?

I am referring to the column of 'Advertisements' and 'Editorial Reviews' on the extreme right hand side.

Ah. This looks like it might be the sidebar feature in vBulletin.

        Activate the sidebar here:
Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Forum Sidebar and Block Options -> Enable Forum Sidebar: Yes

Set the sidebar to show up on the right (I believe the default is left?):
Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Forum Sidebar and Block Options -> Sidebar Position: Right

Add blocks to your sidebar here:
Forums & Moderators -> Forum Blocks Manager -> Add Block

Use the Custom HTML & PHP Block Type for the ads and the News & Articles to get the CMS articles.

widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
