  • [Forum] Text colour in edit post and similar.

    I have a very dark background and I cannot find a way to change text colour to wheat for inside the edit post, new thread post or reply post. You can see in this attachment.

    Try "formrow_background"

    If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

        Whoops, sorry. For some reason, I saw all the white and thought that was what you wanted to change.

        Try adding this to additional.css:
        .wysiwyg.forum {color: pink;}

          Nope it does nothing at all.

          I googled on how to center title logo as well, found instructions to add to additional css. That also does nothing, it like the additional css part is a non functional feature??

            additional.css is an existing template (the name of the template is actually "additional.css"). It looks like you are adding a template there and that is not what you want to do. You need to find the existing template called additional.css and put the code in there.

              Thank you very much, I just thought additional.css was an option to make a new additional css hence me giving it a name like "center logo" ha!

              One more tiny little thing, you see the attachement lettering obove the posted pic? It in black as well, need it to go wheat?

              There needs to be an univeral input field text colour feature somewhere in stylevars

                Attached Thumbnails text:

                Add the following to the additional.css template:

                Code:
                .postcontent legend {
                color: #ff0000;
                }
                Search Input box text:

                Add this to the additional.css template:

                Code:
                .navbar_search input {
                color: #ff0000;
                }
                Video input overlay:

                Again, add the following to additional.css:

                Code:
                .editoroverlay.videooverlay input.textbox {
                color: #ff0000;
                }
                Obviously, change the colour value to what you need.

                  Thanks, but sadly there is some more text that needs changing in the registration area.

                  Although I already suggested it, I strongly re-suggest that there needs to be an universal input text colour in stylevars
