i, i have this BIG problem, in every new registration, the users have by default the secondary usergroups "not logged not registered".....and they can't see a forum and links.....

Not sure I understand what you mean. There is nothing in the default vB code that would assign secondary usergroups to newly registered members. Please clarify.
