[Forum] User getting unwanted thread subscription emails

I've gotten this report from a user:

I keep getting daily emails even tho I unsubscribed to all threads, and disabled auto subscriptions..

I checked his profile in the ACP, and it does indicate "Do not subscribe" in the settings. I'm not sure yet if he wants to delete the subscriptions completely, or just the email notifications, so I haven't run ACP > Threads & Posts > Unsubscribe on his user name just yet. I just want to know if there's anything else I need to check to resolve the issue?

Getting a copy of these emails would hep narrow it down.

The member has sent me a copy, complete with headers including IPs. What is it you need to narrow down the issue? I can paste the headers here with IPs edited, or PM you with unedited headers, or..... ?

Provide the text of one of those emails. That will tell us which type of email it is.
