why does the moderators always show up before the administrators ?

i mean its not something wrong in my site, its also happening here..

i even tried to use "<!-- Order="1" -->" in the title name of each group , but with no success.

any ideas how to make it work as it should be?

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.
