One admin cannot log in to the ACP

[Forum] One admin cannot log in to the ACP

Software version: 4.0.8
-------------------------

There are two admins, me and another person. I can access the ACP no problem, but he gets looped back to the login screen. What would cause this? I have reset his access via tools.php, so while I'm waiting for him to check it I just wanted to get some input here on the situation, in case there's anything else I should know or try.

Have you had them clear the cookies on their machine?

Vote for:

- *Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe*
- *PM - Add ability to reply to originator only*
- Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s)
- "Quick Route" Interface...

Update: Admin access restored. He didn't specify if it was the reset via tools.php, or from clearing his cookies, but it works for him now.
