[Forum] Everyone can access polls in forums without permissions

Hi.

I think its bug, everyone can access polls data in any forum, just you must modify url:

http://example.com/poll.php?do=showresults&pollid=1

http://example.com/poll.php?do=showresults&pollid=2

http://example.com/poll.php?do=showresults&pollid=3

ect.

If poll is in forum that u dont have permissons u can access that poll.

I need a fix.

I tried it here (logged out), and get a no permission screen.
