[Forum] Does not work User Profile Customization

Vbulletin good team, this is my first question I have to do about this fabulous system of forums (I'm very happy to have acquired the license.)

Veran I have the following problem with my forum.
Before I had the VB version 4.0.6 and when I learned that it was available I decided to upgrade version 4.0.8 Vb forum for User Profile Customization option.
The upgrade went fine without any problems until I wanted to test the User Profile Customization option but I worked.
Maybe you thought it could be some mod / hack that could be affectionate to this option but it is not, disable all mods / hacks and still not working.

Yesterday updated to version 4.0.8 PL1 hoping that would solve the problem and solved effectively only for IE8 browser, with Mozilla Firefox or Chrome does not work in any way, by clicking on the button to customize my profile the head of the forum is dark and shows me no options to customize my profile

In the browser displays the options correctly.

Clicking on customize profile from Firefox and Chrome



Do not click on customize profile from Firefox and Chrome



I show these two images to see which darkens and shows me no options.
