[CMS] How to modify a HTML link in a CMS Article

    Hi guys

I need to change the HTML code in a Article from:

    <a href=http://www.mydomain.com/content.php?141-Article target="_blank">Article name </a>

    to:

    <a href=http://www.mydomain.com/content.php?141-Article target="_parent">Article name </a>

    How can I do it?

Using the "Insert link" button in vBulletin 4 Article editor, the target field is "_blank" and not "_parent".

    Thank you in advance
    Rughis

If you just need it once or twice, make that article in html (you have to enable html permissions for yourself) and write it up manually.
You can also make a custom bbcode for like [urlp="full url"]Text[/urlp] which uses target parent.

Sorry CvP, but how can I write up manually the HTML code in the Article Editor?

I need to use some tags or some particular options?

Creating a HTML static page I have no problems

        <p class=MsoNormal><a
        href="http://www.mydomain.com/content.php?...ge name</a></p>

Clicking on the link the Article is opened in the same browser window.

If I have to insert a link in an Article and not in a HTML static page I am not able to do the same thing.
Using the link button in the Article editor, when I click on the link the Article is opened in a new windows browser and I desire to avoid this.

        How I can do?

Just click on the top right button in the editor. It will switch your view from wysiwyg to code.

When I use that button I receive an error:

In that case can you try re-downloading the ZIP file from the Members Area and re-upload all files (except install/install.php and includes/config.php.new) making sure you overwrite all files currently on your server.

              Does this resolve the problem?

I will do some check before re-upload all files (with the exceptions you described).

I will check for the presence of js file and the right permissions. Is it OK a 755 permission on files and folders?

Thank you in advance for your answer

Edit: I verified that in the Forum section all is working fine, I've the problem only with the Articles
