[Forum] Guest posting. Is there a way so guest can post ?

Hi everyone. I looked and I looked with no luck.

Is there a way to set up a forum / topic that guest will be able to post. I know this sounds a little nuts, but for me it's important.

You can create a forum then adjust the Acess Masks so that guests can post in that forum.

Awesome thank you.. But is there a away that the user of that forum will have to input their email / subscribe so they will be notified of new post / replies. That would be 10000% what I'm looking for. Thanks for your help..
