[Forum] Homepage Problems

Well i just set up my forum yesterday and realized that i dont have a homepage apart from the forum. How do i go about setting this up? I'm kind of new at this so sorry for the very broad question. Any help would be great!

Have you installed the forum in a sub-directory of your site? If so, you can either:

- create an HTML file for your homepage and have a link to your forums on it
- move your forums to your root directory
- create a redirect so that all traffic goes to your forums if they only enter the root URL

Well my website name is www.race850.com. And in my admincp it has www.race850.com as my URL forum and the link is under my homepage.

When people go to your URL do you want them to see the home page or the forum?

They're not step, they're choices - choose one. Well, I guess #2 and 3 go together.

It looks like your back to being styless.

The 'homepage' of your vB4 install is under the 'Home' tab of your site which would now be your CMS. This is a different change than what you did before to get your forum style back.

Did you install the Suite or the Forums? The Forums do not come with a tab that says "Home". That tab is part of the CMS which is only included in the Suite.
