[CMS] Wrong widgets showing in section

I have eight sections for writers.

Occasionally the 'profile' widgets (pic & bio) show up in the wrong section.

FF, Safari, Chrome and on different OS's

Happens logged in or logged out.

    Can't seem to reproduce it.

Is this a chache confusion thing?

    Something more sinister?

    Anyone else experience this?

Each section has it's own style and layout.

    Thanks,
    JM

      Ooops?

I've never heard of this happening. Is it reproducable?

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

The 'oops' was I thought I found something reproduceable but I didn't.

I'll start taking some screen shots.

But here is some more info.

        10 Styles

        1 - Forum
        1 - CMS home page
        8 - individual writers

9 CMS layouts so that widgets like facebook, bio, twitter ect... appear for each writer.

What is interesting is that the widgets that were wrong have now changed.

Any thoughts on where the wires might be getting crossed?

Has anyone else made sections/styles/layouts this way? As in so many?

        Thanks,
        JM

It was just consistently doing in two different browsers.

(I keep getting bewildered SMS's and email from the writers).

Cleared the CMS cache and it stopped.

Just want to make this clear, it starts again shortly after I clear the CMS cache. Something makes it happen again.

How about some links to a couple of the pages with a list of what widgets should be on each?

Hi Lynne, I put in a support ticket for this as it's beyond me and I didn't want to bother you with a PM, as the site is behind htaccess right now.

If you want to see it let me know.

                It's a weird on.

                Thanks,
                JM

It sounds like it was a template issue?

widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
