I have search this on the forum but could't find. I want to Publish to Facebook always be checked. How to set this?

It's not an AdminCP option but you could edit the facebook_publishcheckbox template to make the box checked.
Are you sure you want that button "checked" all the time? What will happen when your none facebook users submit a thread or reply and they have no facebook account? Might wanna reconsider having the box checked all the time...Comment

I suggest to make partnership or integration between vBulletin + facebook as follows:
make option to Close the browsing for everyone except registrants through their accounts on facebook...Fri 28 Sep '12, 11:22am
